Workshops for Learning

Our workshops are fun, dynamic, and specifically designed to fulfil the needs of your school and the curriculum range required.

The purpose of each workshop is to get the participants engaged in new and creative activities to encourage self-confidence and a greater desire to learn.

All workshops are multi-disciplined with the following key methods of skills development: Drama, Art and Design, Creative Writing, Physical Exercise, and Creative Play.

Each workshop has an end objective for which the participants must work together to achieve. This usually takes the form of a performance to the school and parents where they can exhibit what they have learned using the new skills and ideas they have acquired in the workshop.

We can accommodate up to 40 participants per workshop which can be designed to run from 1 hour to 5 full days.

We are delighted to offer workshops on any subject and we will always make a unique package to suit your specific requirements. To give you an idea, here is a list of workshop subjects we have delivered in the past.

Our drama workshops are used to develop key personal skills not easily covered in the classroom, such as team building, physical confidence, self esteem, trust, honesty, and creative practice. An ideal physical resource to accompany sports programmes that some children find difficult to engage with.

Participants learn the properties of different foods, how the body uses them, and the importance of exercise in maintaining physical and mental efficiency. It encourages a balanced approach to a healthy diet and encourages the participants to think logically and creatively about food and physical exercise.

Participants engage in problem solving using creative-based skills to develop new technology. They are then encouraged to back up their new ideas using scientific theory.

This workshop is an exciting look at science and shows the importance of studying a wide variety of disciplines to develop exciting technology for the future.

Participants are encouraged to think creatively about their future and set out a logical plan of action to achieve their goals. They are supplied with concise information about what options are available for further education and employment, as well as encouraged to think about what they wish to achieve in their personal lives. This workshop contains a variety of activities to get even the most lethargic students activated.
